Who is responsible

What we keep

What you enter in the waiting list form: whether you are an athlete, guardian, club or scout; name; email; country; sport; position or club name, if you give it; the page language and the date you signed up. To stop abuse, your IP address is used in memory for a few minutes and is not stored.

What for

Only to run the waiting list and tell you when VENGA! opens in your area. We do not send third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to luiz@11y.dev and we delete your data.

Where it is and who sees it

On a server in the European Union, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), acting as processor. We do not sell it or share it with clubs, agents or advertisers.

How long

Up to 12 months after launch in your country, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Minors

The waiting list is for people aged 18 or over. If the athlete is a minor, their parent or guardian signs up.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to luiz@11y.dev. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the AEPD (Spain), the CNPD (Portugal) or the data protection authority in your country.
